Pull Orders (Part 2)

Description: Pull Orders Allocating and Move to Shipping Location

This screen allows the allocations of all the transactions brought into the search screen. The left hand grid is all the transactions selected from the search screen and marked as active. Green is a correct allocation, Red is an invalid allocation and Black is no allocations.

The Right hand grid is all the locations tied transaction item. As the pointer moves through the transaction items on the left hand grid the corresponding locations will be displayed on the right. The Bold location is where the current allocation is set. The various checkbox filters work on the side of the grid they are associated, allowing the user to work only on the items that are required.

The Allocate Listed Button allocates all the transactions that are visible on the left had side of the grid, i.e. If the check box to show only bad allocation is selected. This will limit the grid to the one red item and the Allocate List Button will only affect those transactions on the grid.

The Allocate button on the right will only allocate the highlighted item not the entire list. Using the next button will brings up the final screens.

Currently all the changes have not been save to data yet. It is currently being held in a temporary file until the Save button is selected.

By checking the box to print Pull Slip the system default pull slip will print. To print your custom Pull Slip, the Consolidated Pull Slip, or any other report desired, use the Task button.

The Move to Shipping Location cutton will open the Move to Shipping Location dialog allowing the user to select a Holding or Dock location from their existing list of locations. The Status, Priority, and sellable options are also available for this shipping location. This feature will move all of the allocations on the previous screen to the selected Dock location from their currently allocated locations when the Save button is clicked.

Every order processed will be updated a pull date if a Pull Slip was printed and a Move to Shipping date if Move to Shipping was run, allowing the user to differentiate between pulled and non-pulled orders.
